Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Be Out Of Debt may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Be Out Of Debt makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Be Out Of Debt's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Be Out Of Debt harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. NJ law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NJ.
